If you want to find something on your iPad using Spotlight:
1. From your iPad’s home screen, swipe to the right until all the apps disappear and you see a search bar at the top of the screen and a keyboard at the bottom.
2. Type what you want to find.This could be a person’s name (which will get you their address book entry and any emails or texts they’ve sent you),the name of a book or a song (one tap on the search results will open or play it) or a piece of information (if that information is in a document or email,it will appear).Tap Search and results will appear.
